To best serve our clients, we operate on an appointment-only basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of your reserved service amount. If you cancel within 24 hours more than twice, you will be required to prepay for your services when you reserve an appointment. If you cancel that appointment, you will forfeit the funds paid.
